New Patients

If you are a prospective patient, please fill out the form below. Family in Mind has limited capacity to accept new referrals and cannot accommodate urgent cases. All enquiries will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Dr Joel Singer is currently accepting a limited number of new patients aged 16 years and over for the assessment and treatment of ADHD, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and depression. Each referral is reviewed carefully to ensure that the practice can appropriately support the patient’s needs. 

Dr Antony Milch has his books closed to new patients currently.
